Open Position: Primary Certified Montessori Teachers (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Qualifications:
-
Minimum of an associate's degree, AMS/AMI, or a MACTE-accredited training certificate.

Prior Montessori Lead teacher experience (At least two years)
-
Strong classroom management and curriculum implementation skills
-
Familiarity and compliance with WA state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
-
A strong commitment but with an open mindset to the authentic Montessori philosophy & current scientific research.

Responsibilities:
-
The teacher will be responsible for delivering an authentic Montessori program, fostering creativity, problem-solving skills, and respect among children
-
Make a positive impact on children's education and development
-
Supervise and manage the classroom, ensuring a clean, nurturing and stimulating environment for children
-
Foster independence, critical thinking, and self-esteem in children
-
Maintain open communication with parents, regularly reporting on children's progress
-
Adhere to licensing guidelines and follow company standards for childcare
-
Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive and enriching educational experience
-
Attend and participate in staff meetings, training, school events, and professional development sessions
